Buyer beware. I would not order from this web site. I bought a gift and paid $15.95 for 2-3 day expedited shipping. I ordered the in stock gift on Sunday night and needed the gift by the following Saturday evening. Since that allowed 5 business days and 1 weekend day for delivery, I assumed that I was totally safe to receive the product using 2-3 day expedited delivery. Buyer beware! Never received a $60 cardigan we ordered in November 2021. They claim it was shipped although it never was. No customer service to help make it right or offer a refund. Stay away!

DO NOT ORDER OR BUY FROM THIS STORE. My daughter ordered from them online for a large dollar amount of clothes. She recieved damaged clothes and the USPS stated the seller must file the claim. We immediately messaged them and they refused to cooperate despite showing them the letter from the post office. How does a seller/business not show professional customer support and service?? As a business you would refund the customer for damaged goods then handle the claim with the Post office. They absolve themselves of any damage ... read more
If I could give zero stars I would...simply put, do not order from this store...they are unprofessional and dishonest...my daughter ordered from them, received a damaged order, the post office said that the store needed to do the claim..they have refused to do so, have not refunded our money, and now are being completely non responsive to our outreach...buyer beware, do not spend your money with this business, they will scam you!
