This place is wonderful! Very Kind Staff , Clean environment. Each one of experiences has been wonderful. I had unfortunately broke one of my nails that I had recently gotten done this past Sunday . I had did a walk in appointment to get it fixed when i got to the table I asked the employee how much it would cost today. He said it’s on us since you recently has been here and is in the 7-10 day window for fixed to be done free. Highly Recommend!
Hands down the BEST nail salon I've ever been to in VA. So very impressed the staff are so very nice and the salon is just absolutely stunning inside! Such a relaxing good vibe not to mention, they do excellent work. I always get gel manicures and I'm never disappointed nor do I ever have to get them to fix anything afterwards cause they don't rush through it like some salons do. I come here off and on. Everyone is very nice. My last two nail sets, the cost which was 115, 8/10 nails lifted in 3 days. A different tech fixed the nails by cutting off the lifted part (which HURTS!). I was told if I wanted a design (remember the HIGH price?) I would have had to come back a third time… I made it two more days before two nails lifted- the only 2 that didn’t lift originally. I was NOT going back in. I soaked off my set.
