Ms!!!! Tracy! You hooked me up! I think CiCi did my pedicure? She was so sweet! I will be back! Every staff member has been polite, kind, greeted me. Everyone was friendly and gentle with my poor nails. I had such a great experience.
In an area with a lot of places to get pedicures and manicures done, this place is one of the best. We have been to quit a few places and this one is head and shoulders above the others. Great technicians and prices. My wife and I got the deluxe pedicures and could not be happier. It will become our place from now on. 3 months later we call for an appointment for 2. We show up and they don't have room for us together. Why make an appointment if it is not honored? Seems they are not as good as I first thought. Definitely not ... read more
Underwhelming customer service. Poor Performance. Extremely slow service. And NO they weren't understaffed or busy when we got there at noon. I took my partner in for his birthday. He was getting a Spa Mani/Pedi and I asked for a Spa foot/leg massage. There was a short wait then we were Sat in the pedicure chairs. A technician seemingly in training began his session in a water only foot bath, no spa salt or softener added.
