It has been 6 weeks since I placed my order of 3 items. I received 1 item, and the other 2 I was told I would receive in 3 weeks. It's been double that time now & I have gotten zero updates since my original order day. I have emailed & called with no response from anyone. I understand there are trying times with covid but this person took money from me & now is choosing not to respond to questions about updates or refunds.
