Sales staff were pushy; product received was not as I had ordered it. Dresses were then altered by the store (below standard workmanship) after I had instructed them that I did not want their dressmakers to alter the garments, if they couldn't be re-ordered as agreed, I would have used my own dressmaker to make alterations. When I rang head office to complain, they were extremely rude and arrogant.
