Originally I wasn't going to go to SaskTel, am I ever glad I did. Easiest thing I did all Sorry I had to change my review yes the store was great. But trying to figure out how to pay my bill most frustrating experience live agent was rude.

Lori lady is a very good guy. She helps me all the time she for any things
Lori makes a bad look for Sasktel. Every single time we try to get help from ith absolutely anything Lori's attitude and rudeness is absolutely insane. You'd think maybe a one off time having a bad day but nope every single time we try. Shouldn't have an employee that miserable be the first face all the customers see. No one should have to deal with her and have her snarky attitude. I've had great experiences in Moose jaw and Regina but I shouldn't have to travel to get good service.
