Applied for internet on the 16th, appointment was set for the 20th. No one showed up on the 20th (got email that they will send someone on 20th) so I called customer service. They told me the actual appointment was on the 28th. basically got canceled without any notice, I had to wait until the 28th. But costumer service was nice But honestly, the internet’s kinda slow. It takes few seconds to upload the YouTube thumbnails Feels like I’m using some random public Wi-Fi? I’m giving 5 stars because it’s not the store fault
I will changing a internet providers after being loyal customers for 17 years. I am completely disappointed with todays experience at this Yorkton location. Absolutely no respect to customers. Bad, bad, bad service. Really disappointing. People ran away from saskatel.
