The staff at the SaskTel store are incredibly nice and helpful. They patiently assisted me with all my billing issues and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall!
I went twice to this Sasktel store in Moose Jaw to cancel my wifi services. I returned the wifi router and all the wires in April. Now in May I received a bill of $150 stating that I did not return anything. This is unacceptable. After being a loyal customer for years, now they are trying to rip me off.
