This company is an absolute joke and their billing practices are nothing short of predatory. I just moved here and was in the province for less than two weeks, yet they are trying to charge me for a full month of usage despite the fact that I never even received or possessed a modem. I explicitly refused the package and called to cancel the plan, but they are now refusing to close the account and insist on charging me because they "cannot find" my voice call in their system. The SaskTel store in Melfort is amazing. During busy hours you may be waiting a little while. But if you go at the right time you see someone right away. All 4 of the staff there (Brett, Jen, Kyra, and Dan) are absolutely phenomenal. They are so polite and get everything done that is needed. They make it so easier to do whatever it is you are visiting for. 10/10 recommended!
Great friendly and very helpful staff, business hours are a bit different they open at 10 am so keep that in mind.
