⭐ 0/10 — Absolutely terrible experience with SaskTel. My Wi-Fi shut off yesterday for no reason. I went in today thinking it was a billing issue, but turns out it’s a problem on their end — and apparently it’s going to take up to a week to fix. That’s ridiculous for a service people pay monthly for. Super friendly and very knowledgeable fixed phone no cost
They sold me a Broken iPhone 16 and refused to give me my money back. Even went as far to say I probably didn’t buy it there. Straight up racial profiling since I got there. Horrible place, buy elsewhere.
According to David, the price was coming in too low on their system while attempting an early upgrade. After spending 30 minutes of him trying to get a cost increase for another 2 year contract, I walked out. Sasktel called me for the appointment, not the other way around. Sasktel can thank David for a lost customer. For the first time in my life, I will go with another provider after that experience.
