Contacted Tech Support and was assisted by Ray regarding my Fusion Internet problems. Sask Tel is lucky to employ such a knowledgeable and courteous person. Excellent customer service! And after sorting out a number of issues my internet returned! Thank you Ray. Keep up the good work.
I have a Sasktel line that is hanging on my garage roof causing damage to my shingles and Sasktel told me I could remove it myself or pay $50 for someone to come remove it for me. 1-2 business days to speak to a supervisor. Worst customer service ever.
Unfortunately one part of sasktel has no idea about other parts of sasktel so most advice they give is bad advice.
Worst ISP customer service in the world, I have called many times to get an explanation for my bill. The person who answers the phone needs more training to speak clearly and understand what bullshit they are saying.
