My appointment started late, I got to pay extra because it took longer through no control of my own. The lady I had did a very good job with the waxing, very friendly and gentle. Though it did take longer. . I go to check out and then am notified that because it took longer I had to pay extra $20.00 because they had appointments that got cancelled. How is that MY FAULT???
