everyone complaining that its taking to long for orders, if you read the estimates, for example it says 1 to 2 weeks minimum. Which means that would be the fastest time you will receive it back. I sent my item in knowing that was the minimum time that it would take to receive it back and it would probably take longer to get back, Because I know what minimum means. he also tells you he is a one man operation with one apprentice.

Gunsmith is near incompetent; ignores customer requests, best practices, manufacturer guidance, and basic machining. Holes for optic are off center and misaligned with insufficient material to retain the mounting screws under firing. Returned unsafe slide to customer, and refuses to warranty unsafe work, refuses to replace ruined slide, refuses to return payment, or accept responsibility for subpar and unsafe workmanship. Avoid.

Slide sent to SAS: Dec 3 2022 Slide shipped back from SAS: Aug 17 2023 They screwed up the alignment so one of the screw holes is coming out the side of the slide. This apparently is not worth a refund and certainly not a replacement. He absolutely did not warn me that this was a possibility before I sent it in or I'd have gone with someone else. I paid full price and waited 9 months for this.
