I would highly recommend Johan from Sarvaga Light. I had a truly amazing reiki and healing session and left feeling so much lighter and free from my everyday stress. It was lovely to have a beautiful human by my side to guide me and help let me go of negative past experiences. Thank you Johan, I'm so very grateful our paths have crossed x
I have just experienced a 2 day Reiki Level 1 workshop at Sarvaga Light, and as cliche as it sounds, I feel transformed and enlightened. I’m so thankful to have learned from such a great person, Johan made learning feel like I wasn’t learning. I made real connections with total strangers! So, to sum up my weekend, I learned Reiki, made new friends, learned a lot about myself, became more aware, ate some amazing food and I’m definitely go back for more workshops.
After the course, I realised even more the goodness of Reiky I on my body on my energy levels. How much I was out of balance . My goal now is to hold on, maintain, and grow positivy and unconditional love around me, develop my Reiky I knowledge and new friendship I discovered during the course. I experience zest for life now, which I have been craving for a while . Massive thank you to @sarvagalight for your love and knowledge sharing ♥️
