Completely incompetent. Had three chances to get my will correct, I even provided my directions in writing. Asked for a phone call after the second draft was still wrong. Never got a call. Waited a week. I called them. Secretary called back, attorney wanted to set another in person conference. Waste of time in my opinion. Cost me $750 of $1250 to find out they don't listen, can't fallow instructions, won't call you, don't care. That one star is required; you can't give zero stars. Ho somewhere else
I highly recommend Carmen Scott and her staff. Carmen helped me with a probate isssue after my husband's death. The matter was settled recently, but I would seek Carmen's services again if the need ever arises.
