The good news is the worst retail purchasing experience I'll have in 2025 is now behind me. The bad news is Sarreid Ltd. is the culprit. I ordered a premium wood bench advertised as only two materials - acacia wood and iron. They didn't have the product, and I waited over three months for delivery - wholesale from India. When the product did arrive, it was made from painted plywood covered with a plastic faux wood veneer. It's awful. I will expressly avoid Sarried Ltd. for all future purchases.
Terrible product. Company unresponsive. Paid over $1600 for a coffee table that we cannot use. Finger prints leave stains on surface. A drop of water sat for 30 seconds left a watermark. Unable to place anything on the table without leaving stains in the finish.
Sarreid makes the most beautiful pieces. We love the leather benches we purchased from our local furniture store.
