I am writing to address your defense regarding my experience. When I met with JR at the SAROYAN headquarters, he clearly stated, "I don't know what happened.I said can you show me even one plank of flooring that resembled the wood in my home, and he responded, "I have no idea where that flooring came from." I don't even know where to begin. This has been the worst experience of my life. We spent months picking out the right flooring company to work with. After several conversations and samples and lies from Saroyan, we trusted our sales rep, who was a family friend and who we trusted as a professional. We were not living in our house at the time. My favorite place to get Baltic Birch plywood and hardwood planks. They always have a good selection and straight boards. They are a pleasure to work with on custom orders multiple times.
