The amount of time you have to be there b4 pick up is Rediculous
Kind and caring people. The booking gal Christi is an absolute doll. 7-6-2023 had issues with getting a ride home..and they were amazing...gor me a ride home and helped me walk on and off the Van..these people are the kindest most caring people ever.
Drivers experienced always on time
What a blessing. We are so fortunate to live in a community/country where problems have been solved before these services are needed. This service has made travelling to and from church or medical appointments with our mother much easier. After her fall in December of 2016, mom became more stressed about getting in and out of vehicles. When I was speaking to the nurses at Afton Nursing Home, Kelly suggested we use this service. The drivers are so courteous and prompt with getting us to our appointments.
