Most drivers are fantastic , and a month or two ago I would have given 5 stars... however! In the past 2 weeks alone I have been dropped off NEAR the address that I booked/ I have stood and watched the bus leave my home address and say that nobody was there /and today I was taken to the total wrong place! And left there after asking, are you sure this is Brights grove, and getting yes as the answer. You know, I am disabled. I'd like to leave 3.5 stars. The drivers are amazing! Helpful, friendly and, for the most part, patient. Since they changed the on demand service, I have not ONCE been able to book a ride. I have tried dozens of times over the past couple of months. So I end up booking in advance , at times canceling due to my disability, Ad then being charged. I understand the reasoning behind it. The amount of time you have to be there b4 pick up is Rediculous
Kind and caring people. The booking gal Christi is an absolute doll. 7-6-2023 had issues with getting a ride home..and they were amazing...gor me a ride home and helped me walk on and off the Van..these people are the kindest most caring people ever.
