We previously used Sarginsons Law (Coventry) without issue, however since their acquisition by Talbots the standard of service has declined significantly. Our recent experience was marked by poor communication, unprofessional handling of matters, and a lack of basic client care. Simple issues were escalated unnecessarily and without discussion. I would not recommend this firm.
Andrea, Monica and Liam were just amazing in our recent property sale/purchase. Their communication was brilliant and nothing was ever too much trouble. There were several issues along the way out of our control, but throughout they were always so supportive and pragmatic, and explained everything clearly. Would 100% recommend.
Talbots were brilliant - we had a bit of a nightmare with selling our house, having been on the market for 18 months with a previous solicitor we lost 3 buyers due to there incapabilities. Our property wasn’t an easy case, with it being a new build we had issues with a dissolved management companies & unadapted roads however Andrea & Monica persisted with the issues and solved them in good time, communicating throughout the process. Massive thanks to Andrea & Monica!
