Not being informed of an exorbitant fee and being generally unhelpful in an awkward family situation.
I engaged Sargent Baldwin Lawyers to review and negotiate a new lease for me after they had given me a fixed fee quote. During the process Bruce telephoned me and advised that the job was simpler than first thought and that he wanted to reduce the quoted fee by a whopping 43%. Wow, show me another lawyer who would do that! Bruce is down-to-earth, explained the documents in a way that I could understand them and always took my calls.
