Would absolutely not recommend them. Maureen did a very speedy walk through of my multi unit, took a few pictures and called it a day. She then proceeded to use 2.5 year old comparable sales in neighborhoods with completely different values rather than using newer comparable sales in more similar neighborhoods to determine value. The process Sargent Realty Advisors uses to determining value was extremely negligent and led me to believe they use a blanket slate of factors in determining values in all predominately African Ame... read more
