I would not recommend anyone to this firm. I don't have a business or anything complicated, just a normal W2. My wife and I used Sardone Robinson to file our taxes for 2 years. The first year (2025) was decent, I was a little disappointed that they couldn't get me a refund for my CDL schooling but I just figured they knew what they were doing and proceeded to use them the following year. If i could give them zero stars, i would. The most incompetent group of accountants i have ever had the displeasure of working with. They have treated me like a second class citizen for 2 years and dragged their feet at any request i’ve had. They are terrible at communication, not responding to multiple emails and never answering my phone calls or calling me back..
