I have nothing good to say about this property and their management. Out of the 10 months I lived here we had nothing but problems. The tipping point was when a maintenance worker entered my apartment at 10pm without identifying himself and just let himself in. The managements excuses for this were inexcusable as the worker left and police could not find him after. Another worker entered on a different time at 11pm due to a water leak but called before, when I called management later, they said they had no idea about it. We ... read more
Horrible experience. If I can help one person out and tell them to avoid this place and any boardwalk rental, I hope to do so. Please do not rent from them or rent from this place!! They are crooks who try to steal your money!! They do not have their things in order, try to take more than they can out of your bank account for no reason. This building is also very crappy. Water is turned off once or twice a week, I had crap coming up my sink all the time, it took maintenance 6 different times to fix one problem, management su... read more
