Excellent facility with a caring and attentive staff. Extremely pleased with the care and assistance provided to the residents. Clean and bright apartments, common areas and dining hall.
This place is seriously the best!! My dad absolutely loves it here!!! They treat him like family. The staff is amazing and are so helpful and caring about my dad. It makes me so happy that they treat him so well. I know he’s in good hands and I don’t have to stress or worry about him so much. He loves the food and everything here. He had to go to The hospital for a bit and then a rehab and he was so anxious to get back home and see all this friends. It’s nice to see my dad so happy and surrounded with love.
If I could give negative stars I would. Do not send anyone you care about here. This has been the most horrific experience of my life, and my poor father suffered tremendously. The management never responds or gets back to you, they make promises they cannot keep, they are understaffed, and when they are staffed, many are new and tell you that and don't know what they're supposed to, the staff is undertrained, management doesn't even communicate with their staff. I had my mother here for 6 months and felt extremely comfortable with the care and staff. They dealt with a very challenging resident and kept me in the loop with everything that was going on and the plan to move forward. I wanted to thank everyone here. A few names I wanted to mention. This is an Outstanding Staff Review. I would like to bring to your attention Rosa Vargas, who exemplifies friendliness, a caring and attentive attitude, and is excellent in her role as Dietary Manager at Saratoga View Senior Living. I was visiting a resident there during the week of Mother's Day May 5 - May 11.
