I had my mother here for 6 months and felt extremely comfortable with the care and staff. They dealt with a very challenging resident and kept me in the loop with everything that was going on and the plan to move forward. I wanted to thank everyone here. A few names I wanted to mention. This is an Outstanding Staff Review. I would like to bring to your attention Rosa Vargas, who exemplifies friendliness, a caring and attentive attitude, and is excellent in her role as Dietary Manager at Saratoga View Senior Living. I was visiting a resident there during the week of Mother's Day May 5 - May 11. Saratoga View provides great care and a safe environment. Their Director of nursing Mariah is one of the most caring people in this field that I have met in a while. She is always on top of medication changes and ensures that it is always current. I would highly recommend this assisted living for any families searching for their loved ones when that type of care is needed.
I can’t say enough good things about this facility and especially Mariah the nurse there. She is such a compassionate and knowledgeable leader who truly listens and responds with care. Mariah has a special way of connecting with residents and families, always taking the time to explain things clearly and follow through on every concern. I had an excellent experience with this facility. Mariah the nurse is warm, inviting, and welcoming—she made both my loved one and our family feel right at home from day one. The entire staff genuinely cares and treats residents with kindness and respect. The administration works as an amazing team, and you can really feel the collaboration and dedication to providing top-quality care. The facility is beautiful, new, and clean as well. I would highly recommend this facility for a loved one.
