My experience is a duplicate of the one posted 4 years ago, so I see nothing has changed. We own a small bar in Wisconsin. Our liquor order didn't arrive and when I called I found they had delivered a day early with no notification, it ended up being a day we were closed. I was advised to contact my rep and see if they could help us get our order. Since they only deliver every 2 weeks, it will be a month between deliveries. My family has been in business since 1962 and has used this Oh company and every salesman or sales woman has been absolutely awful. I hope the president of this company looks at these reviews and does something about it.
