It has been a great experience working with this center. I have lost 40 pounds in my 1st month and it has been a very easy program to follow. I am sleeping much better and the pain in my knees has gone down.
Update!! Everybody is noticing my changes. I am someone that has tried everything. I am just thrilled with his program. If you follow his plan you will be amazed. Dr. Ian and his Staff are wonderful. I have been struggling with Insulin Reaistance for years. I am getting great results with their Program. Which I am very grateful for.
