Had the absolute worst experience with this business! If I could give zero stars, I would. I contacted the owner, Debra. and sent her photos of the type of rugs I was looking for. She was extremely dismissive and told me “that you can’t tell from pictures and I need to come down and look at samples”. I scheduled an appointment with her and drove a half an hour,, walked in the store and proceeded to show her the pictures again and she told me “I have nothing like that here” She was rude inconsiderate and unprofessional... read more
