I can’t recommend Sarapeutic Massage more highly! Sara is amazing —- she listens carefully to what you need and she has lots of expertise with muscle and deep tissue massage. Her prices are great, too. Her massage studio feels like a spa-experience, and I especially recommend her hot stones techniques. I work in surgery/healthcare so I’m constantly in straining positions hours on end. Sara is the only massage therapist I’ve had that has the knowledge and training to significantly improve my sciatic nerve pain and loosen deep knots to relieve pain. I’ve been going to her for around 3-4 yrs now- and without her I would not be able to continue working in surgical healthcare. Sara is absolutely wonderful, she is so gifted and well-educated in massage. Her practice is professional, high quality, friendly, and relaxing. She’s consistent and does an individualized assessment every visit. I go to her for regular appointments for pain management and relaxation and has made a positive impact in my life. I really cannot recommend her enough, and wish I could give her 10 stars.

I’ve seen Sara for massage therapy 3-4 times since October 2024, and each session has been incredibly beneficial. She truly listens to my concerns and focuses her treatments on the areas where I need the most relief. After each session, I’ve experienced noticeable pain relief and improved mobility.
