I'm sick and tired of buying these incredibly expensive blankets for them to blow out and rip completely apart in a couple of months. We wash them appropriately, air dry etc. I have had 4 of these do this in a year.

Luxury Blanket, Bargain Basement Shipping Saranoni’s customer service team is upbeat and full of smiles, almost suspiciously so. If kind words and sunny dispositions were a delivered product, this would easily be a 5-star review. However, talk is cheap and smiles are free. When it comes to actual execution and delivery, they fall completely short. Saranoni calls itself as a luxury brand and charges premium prices, which should mean shipping orders quickly and reliably. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brecken and the customer service she provided! Over the course of more than a week, she went above and beyond to help me track down a blanket that was showing as out of stock. She discovered there was one remaining in back stock and worked tirelessly to make sure I could order it and have it custom embroidered for my daughter, who is due in just a few weeks. The owner is so kind! After a crazy morning, my toddler and I showed up late to the Easter Egg Hunt event they had, so we missed the actual egg hunt. We did get a couple candies that were somehow missed. While in line for something there, the owner came up to us to ask us about if we had gotten much and if we’d been there when the hunt started.
