I booked a ritual package for a self care pamper day- I left feeling sensational. Barbara had magic hands. She took her time and ensured I enjoyed every bit of the experience. I certainly felt pampered 🙏🏽☺️

Really disappointed. I am a man and I know it’s less common for men to book facials but I was met with plenty of awkwardness from my beautician marja, she didn’t give me clear instructions, didn’t ask me a single question about my skin and didn’t look me in the eye once before or after the facial. I also booked an hour facial with hydro/microdermabrasion, they ended up giving me express 30 minute facial and still didn’t get into the creases of my nose once and we know that’s where the good stuff is... i booked the sarang intensive facial and i had the pleasure of being looked after by LINA she was so professional so calm and her hands never left me! awesome neck head face massage included in the extensive range of revitalising treatments in this package I certainly will go back and I can honestly say it was probably one of the best comprehensive facials ive ever had
