I am very glad to write a word of appreciation for the home that I have enjoyed at Saranac Village Will Rogers. My wife and I moved to an apartment here on January 31, 2025. Right from the beginning we received all the attention we could ask for from every member of the staff. In a short time we thought of staff members as our friends. Also, we gained many good friends among other residents. We enjoyed meals in the beautiful dining room. The housekeeping staff does our laundry and cleans out our apartment every week. Saranac Village at Will Rogers is such a beautiful and vibrant community! The historic building has such character and is just stunning. Jamie, the executive director has been running an impeccable community for over 2 decades! He has a contagious passion and energy for the community, the residents and employees. The staff at this building are exceptional. You won't find a place with a more loving and caring staff than Saranac Village at Will Rogers. Jamie, the administrator of the building has been there for many years and takes great pride in the history of the building, the longevity of the staff and the satisfaction of the residents. My 95 year old father transitioned to Will Roger’s on July 9, 2025. With the assistance from Jennifer Sawyer, Director of Community Relations at WR, it went smoothly. She was able to share available apartments with costs. Once an apartment was chosen, she was also able to furnish for immediate occupancy. I was able to visit my dad daily for 8 days and made positive connections with most of the staff. I then flew home to Florida needlessly worrying. My father recently moved into Will Rogers and the entire process initiated by Jen Sawyer was so reassuring and personalized I can't recommend Will Rogers enough for when assisted living becomes necessary for your loved ones. The entire staff there is super committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for the residents.
