The Saranac Lake Adult Center is a wonderful place. The folks who run and attend the center are warm and welcoming. There are activities to participate in on most days and the lunches are satisfying. The membership fees are minimal. There is a very nice gym with all sorts of equipment in the basement for an additional fee. Nice community feel and upbeat scene for elderly folks.
Well-equipped small gym with treadmills, steppers, bikes, universal equipment, WiFi, limited free weights. Hot lunch for very low price with reservations.
Nice adult center.
