Insisted on selling me an incomplete, returned Giving Gift item (shawl or blanket??). Refused to open the re-taped up banner to find out what the item actually was. All labeling gone. Asst Mgr said she wouldn't open it because she would be left having to tape it back up again. Offered a small discount, but refused to open to find out what the product was. Who does this??
