This is a very crowded store, and much of the merchandise doesn't have the quality I expect from Hallmark. I'm fact, the store could be mistaken for a second-hand outlet Most disturbing is this is a Hallmark store that says it doesn't have any boxes for the little gifts that are purchased. The clerk we had today seemed bored and unfriendly.
