I can't say enough good things about ALL the amazing practitioners at Move Smart. They have such individual and yet complimentary strengths. I’ve worked with Sarah for many years, and would follow her anywhere! (and have :). Move Smart has quite literally been life changing. I began with post-surgery pt for my knee with Kelsey. After seeing how beneficial/crucial it was, I decided to pursue pt for shoulder issues I've had for the last decade. Issues that I assumed I just had to put up/deal with (unless I wanted to consider shoulder surgery). Andrea's shoulder work alone, has alleviated 95% of the previous pain I was experiencing. I first saw Sarah in 2023, when I was looking for a new pelvic floor PT who could also help with my hypermobility and related chronic pain issues. I recently moved to Lexington and needed to find a PT that was able to continue the care I was already receiving. I’ve had the best experience with Move Smart and Kelsey as my physical therapist.
