I met the Move Smart team at an event and was drawn towards their holistic and evidenced-based approach to treatment. After completing 8 sessions with Kelsey I have a much better understanding of the stress/injury my body took on and ways to heal the pain I was experiencing. Kelsey was knowledgeable and creative in adaptations to my treatment plan and I highly recommend Move Smart to anyone!
I’ve had a great experience. A few sessions in and I’ve already made progress. Kelsey is great! The only downside is they don’t take insurance so you have to be willing to pay upfront and do the legwork for reimbursement. But the experience and expertise has been phenomenal.
I recommend both Sarah and Andrea. Can't say enough good things about move smart and their services. I've seen Sarah for several years and she has made a chronic issue I have manageable and has taught me everyday things I can do to keep the pain away. She is a fantastic physical therapist
