I am so thankful for Sarah she has helped my daughters tremendously with issues of panic attacks, anxiety, suicidal thoughts and OCD. My daughters trust Sarah and she has helped them function in their everyday life where they previously have shut down and withdrew. Sarah helps you understand your issues and learn how to make changes that you can see and feel.
Sarah has been so great. She is the perfect balance of sensitive and comforting but challenges me and motivates me when needed. I trust her implicitly with personal things and trust her to help me reach my mental and emotional goals. I came to her in a mess and she has changed my life in a very short amount of time.
Sarah is very easy to talk to and helps me understand myself and my anxieties through my everyday life. I used to cry everyday before school and feel extreme panic but with Sarah's help now I don't. She's extremely trustworthy and sympathetic.
