Truly effective AND relaxing. Sarah has treated my sleep issues, old sports injuries, and tendinitis in my hands/wrists. I no longer have any pain in these areas and my best nights of sleep are always after one of her sessions. Sarah took time to understand my issues, created a plan to address them, then actually fixed them!
