Sarah is fantastic! Not know much about acupuncture she was great at explaining what it and isn’t and what it can do. Chronic pain and inflammation had been plaguing me and she has really helped calm all that down.
Truly effective AND relaxing. Sarah has treated my sleep issues, old sports injuries, and tendinitis in my hands/wrists. I no longer have any pain in these areas and my best nights of sleep are always after one of her sessions. Sarah took time to understand my issues, created a plan to address them, then actually fixed them! Sarah is extremely talented, conscientious, and it’s such a privilege having her in White Bear Lake, MN! Thank you, Sarah.
