Horrible communication, I mostly dealt with the secretary. Like she can't be bothered with you. At my SSi disability hearing she seemed ill prepared. The judge asked her a question and she didn't have the paper and apologized to the judge. She didn't say much at all during the hearing. I did most of the talking. I have heard from someone that won their case (with different attorney) that they didn't say much and the attorney did most of the talking. So she didn't go to bat for me.
