First off, I have never written a negative review of a business in my life, however, I believe it is my duty to write a review in this situation. I think Sarah and her staff are very nice and I wish the best for them in life, but I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience using them for a patent application. The initial application ended up costing thousands more than I was estimated in an email and even after that, the overpricing never seemed to slow down.
