My boyfriend and I have been going to Sarah for over 3 years for massages. My boyfriend refers to her as the gold standard and seems disappointed every time he gets a massage in other cities. We are convinced that what makes Sarah the best is that she’s a double threat being a Physical Therapist and a Massage Therapist. Her knowledge of the body in both modalities has us walking out of the treatment room feeling relaxed and less pain in problem areas. Make an appointment, you won’t regret it.
Sarah was incredible. She was intuitive and her knowledge was evident in her massage abilities. I will be going back to Sarah for both massage and PT!
I’ve been working with Sarah for about a year, 1–2 times per week, for personal training and physical therapy, and my body has completely transformed! Sarah is the best. She takes plenty of time to really dig in to the root cause of pain and discomfort, and is focused on treating the cause for long term healing. I’ve only had two sessions with her and I’m already noticing a huge difference in my symptoms… pain has gone way down and I am feeling more mobile. I highly recommend her for PT, massage and dry needling.
Sarah's visit to my home was very professional. She had great advice and presented a good regimen for my shoulder recovery.
