Sarah is absolutely great massage therapist and tutor. She listens deeply and always makes sure you feel safe and understood.
Sarah is genuinely one if the best tutors I have ever done a course with. She is constructive, knowledgeable and fun. She is clearly a natural teacher who shares her considerable experience and expertise with ease. After I finished the 3 day deep tissue course I was confident in my new techniques and knowledge, with a clear idea how to integrate them into my daily practice. If you can do a course with Sarah grab the chance and enjoy.
Sarah helped me, via hypnotherapy, to ease my phobia of injections to enable me to cope with having the Covid vaccine. Whilst I wanted the protection of the vaccine, my phobia was so intense that it would have been impossible for me to book it and go through with it without Sarah's help. Sarah is kind, compassionate and encouraging. She listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve and worked with me to achieve that goal, working at my pace. I attended the trail guide supervision and I cannot recommend it enough. It is great to look at areas of the body in more detail , which I do not usually do (the trail guide can be a bit of a scary book! ) Sarah helped to break it down in digestable chunks with such ease and a good dose of humour, which I love. Plus ,learning from each other experieces , examples and techniques , having missed supervision during Covid, this has more than made up for it, 2 more sessions booked today !Thanks Sarah x
