Pleasure to deal with, patient and understanding with just the right amount of tact to make stressful situations more manageable.
As much as I would like to be leaving 5 stars because I know my money was well spent but unfortunately that is not the case. Communication, willingness to answer questions and productively advise are not strengths I would attribute to Sarah. The only consistency that I have discovered is the willingness to avoid difficult situations, delay, fail to keep adequate records and of course bill you monthly.
