I'm a first time home buyer and Sarah was extremely patient with all of my questions. She answered me thoroughly without making. Edit: Not sure what happened but Sarah stopped replying to me and someone else has been (sometimes) replying. Perhaps Sarah is on vacation, but I don't think I was informed. Long story short I didn't get the mortgage I wanted because ATB didn't come through in time.
