I’ve been a patient of Dr.Saragas for about 15 years and I recently recommended him to a friend of mine who googled the office and called to tell me about the bad reviews. After reading them I am surprised. I have a chronic condition that requires me to go in once a month and in all of these many many appointments I have never seen Brenda be rude. I got a Prescription 2 months ago. Will not sell me glasses unless I get a prescription from him. Chased me out of his store..
I received superb service from both Brenda & Dr. Saragas. Brenda helped me schedule an appointment a little over a week from when I called, and even called me back to answer a question I had that she needed to consult Dr. Saragas about before responding. Dr. Saragas listened to my concerns about the most recent prescription I had received (from a different doctor), and he took the time to help me find a prescription that works much better for me. Next time I need an eye exam, this will be the first office I contact.
Dr Saragas did my eye exam and helped me with glasses. He is fantastic, professional and thorough. Sparkly clean office!
You can get a real eye exam here, Brenda called me back and was able to schedule an appointment for me within the week. I had a good experience here.
