I was greeted at the door today about 1:00 or so by a very nice woman, unfortunately I did not get her name.  I thought I was going to need to see a banker regarding an error but because the wait time was going to possibly be 45 minutes I decided to see a teller.  Steven is an outstanding employee.  He listened , immediately understood what I needed and was professional and efficient.  The greeter was also very professional and right on top of everything.  She watched to make sure my needs were satisfied so she could address... read more

I had a horrible experience with Aaisha Docadia. She was very rude and disrespectful towards me. I have never had such a bad experience at any other chase branches. She needs to take a course on etiquettes.

We made an appointment to notarize a Living Trust Deed for Maricopa County. Brenda Herber at the Queen Creek, AZ Chase Bank refused to notarize the document due to the Notary Acknowledgement that Maricopa requires for notary to certify under penalty of perjury i.e. that my husband and I provided her satisfactory evidence that we were who we were (i.e. our drivers license) She said it was Chase banks policy that she couldn't sign something that put her under Penalty of Perjury. ATMs are down often and they closed some of the locations. ATMS often have messages "We are unable to process deposits or make withdrawls". Especially on weekend when needed. And its several locations in Loveland, Longmont and Fort Collins. After 25 years as a customer, I'm moving my money to a reliable bank.

HORRIBLE Customer Service! I walked in to speak with someone and was told I needed an appointment and that no one had time to answer even a few questions. I made an appointment (which took me two days to get). I walked in, had to find someone to help me as no one greeted me. Waited 15 minutes for Jeff, who was behind the counter helping customers at the teller line. He knew I was there but, I kept having to ask how much longer. I gave up and walked out! Ridiculous! I spoke with Officer, Rania Eladem today at the Edmonds Chase Bank on 5th Ave. for help with my Chase Amazon Visa Card. She deserves huge accolades for her time, patience and professionalism! Even using her direct banking ID numbers, she was transferred in their system 4 times. She reminded calm, courteous and clear in her communications. I appreciate all her help in resolving my issue.

Review Title: Extremely Disappointed by the Unprofessional Behavior at This Branch I normally don’t write reviews, but my recent experience at this Chase Bank branch was frustrating enough that I feel the need to share.
