Met Sara through Dr. Nihalani's office (another great doctor) when starting my weight loss surgery journey and I'm so thankful to have met her. Sara is extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable. Absolutely love her and couldn't recommend her enough.
I would recommend Sara. She is thorough and takes time with her patients. Her expertise helps me to understand how important nutrition is and how to feed my body with healthy foods. I’ve learned a lot about ingredients in the foods that are not healthy and what ingredients are healthy. I’ve been seeing Ms. Shama for approximately 2 months and I lost 40 lbs. That is definitely an accomplishment considering I am unable to move around as much as I use to due to illness. I thank her for that.
