Shala knows what she is doing. I felt so much lighter after just one session with her and will definately be going back!
Shala listened to my concerns and tailored our session towards the knots in my neck. She was thorough and observant to how much pressure was required and when my body needed softer movements. I walked out with full range of motion and no tension. The scalp massafe sealed the deal for me and i continue to visit for maintenance and emergency session when i feel tebsion building back up. Highly reccommend.
