I found Sara on YouTube a video that promised “deep sleep” through hypnosis, I tried it that night and for the first time slept 10 hours straight. I’ve had over half a dozen sessions with Sara and had a wonderful experience. Sara has such a warm and welcoming personality that made me feel at ease in our sessions. Throughout our sessions I was able to go into hypnosis and speak with past and future versions of myself to process traumas and receive guidance and affirmation for my current situations.
My session with Sara was really beneficial. I was clear on the block I wanted help with, yet Sara's questioning techniques created even more clarity on where I needed to focus. The process itself was enjoyable and Sara's expertise as a guide allowed me to put aside my fears, step into vulnerability and effectively create a new experience of myself. Sara is extremely intuitive and was attuned to what was true for me (as opposed to projecting anything onto me). This allowed me to easily sense and begin to step into the future version of myself.
