Sara is a miracle worker! I have gone a couple of times with my body so tense and painful that it is hard for me to walk and has been able to improve a lot even after a single session. A visit to Sara keeps my body happy and healthy. Her practice is also very soothingly and lovely decorated.
Sara is a highly intuitive and qualified massage therapist! She is regularly honing her skill with continued education, and approaches every body with empathy and skill. Added bonus, she has a lovely personality that makes you feel welcome, un-judged, and safe in her hands. I have received injury specific and relaxation work from her, and each time I have left her table with my goals accomplished. Highly recommend!
I've been going to Sara since 2019. I first went to her when I got pregnant and she was one of the few people in Santa Cruz County that truly was certified and trained with many years of experience giving prenatal massages. She has the magic touch for any pregnant Momma! After I gave birth I continued to see her because she just completely understood the stress that I had related to parenthood.
