Mr. Dean, It saddens me that you feel as you do. I met w/ you and your spouse. You completed a Planning Questionnaire which you both signed certifying the information on it. You both then also signed a retention agreement for my services and the cost for them, and you gave me a check for partial payment to initiate services and provide draft documents. One of the worst attorneys I have ever come in contact with. She was not able to make any of the corrections on the paperwork she was submitting. After reviewing the paperwork and informing her of the changes needing to be correct, they still were not made. The paperwork gave power of attorney to people I did not know or ever come in contact with in my life. She does not review her paperwork or any revisions you tell her to make.
