If you need a spa you have come to the right place, awesome service, quality and Aussie made spas.
These guys are the best of the best. The product, service, and overall standard of their spas/pools is unbeatable. I’ve installed multiple versions of their swim-spas/spas into developments/homes, and now have one myself - it’s faultless. Shout-out to Lauren - she’s so so easy to deal with and has it all under control! Don’t go elsewhere, you won’t regret it.
Great customer service, and the quality of the Australia made product.
Mostly good after almost 12 months. Some little rust stains near the flow controllers and under the chrome hand guard. The filter box sliding cover is quite awkward to use when removing the 2 filtration cones, the Swim Spa controller would better on the side of the unit and the steps to get in and out could be redesigned to make it easier and safer for users to exit the spa without slipping.
