We had decided to put in a swim spa 12 months ago and then had a big change of plans and decided to sell and move. Lauren and the team were happy to cancel our order and hold our deposit over until we were ready to create our spa area at our new place. Lauren was fabulous navigating the compliance process with us, and liaising with the Building Surveyors when plans were being changed. Her support made the red tape much easier to manage. We absolutely recommend Sapphire Spas!

We originally set out wanting a backyard pool, but ended up choosing the Sapphire Spa MyEscape Standard — and I’m so glad we did. It has completely exceeded our expectations. I was initially sceptical about going with a 15amp spa, especially whether it could handle running the jets and heater at the same time. That concern disappeared very quickly. I got my Oasis from the Tamworth dudes 2022. I thought I wait a bit before I write a review. Everybody claims to be top notch nowadays. There have been three minor toothing problems in the first year, but Colin and his crew reacted promptly, efficiently and effectively every time.
