Today, at 11:51 pm, I witnessed a Sapphire Preferred Medium Blue dump truck rolling down I-75 just South of I-4 around the MLK exit absolutely bumping along in the right lane and losing fine gravel all over the road causing everyone to back off as it bounced around the right lane and the exit lanes for Brandon.
